	Dong Thap Ninh Binh is located to the south of the Northern Delta, between the Red and Ma Rivers. It is bordered by Nam Dinh, Ha Nam, Hoa Binh, and Thanh Hoa Provinces.
	Dien Bien A large number of the Cham ethnic group resides in this area, along with the Ra Glai and Hoa.

	Gia Lai Phu Tho is located in the north Vietnam Plains and Midlands. It is bordered by Yen Bai and Tuyen Quang in the north.
	Ha Giang the provincial capital township of Phu Yen Province, located 1177 km to the south of Hanoi and 561 km to the north of Ho Chi Minh.
	Ha Nam Sand area accounts for 5.9% of the land, and alluvial soil accounts for only 2.8% of the land. The province's east coastline is 116.04 km long and the western borderline with Laos.
	Hanoi Like other provinces in this area, Quang Ngai is characterized as having mountains on one side and the sea on the other. The population consists of a majority of Kinh.

Hai Phong
The rainy season starts from September and last until April. There are usually floods during April and May. It is yet very hot in Summer. Nghe An was blessed with beautiful white sandy beach.
